Collaborated to develop an early-stage racket sports application. Participated in architectural and product steering discussions. Used DDD to develop from scratch a Python/FastAPI business-rules-heavy microservice to support AI agents. Due to changes in the project's direction, Python was replaced with Elixir/Phoenix. Ported my Python microservice into Elixir. Continued developing in Phoenix to support tournaments, including real-time pages, social sharing, one-time password flow, hardening security, etc.

Collaborated to maintain a legacy, enterprise-grade, employee survey-taking SaaS product with AI analytics and reports. A distributed, asynchronous system, with approx 250K LoC, 1200 companies as customers, $30M in revenue and millions of users records. Did new features analysis/planning, development, bug fixes and customer support cases. Helped to integrate the product with other UKG's products and services. Also, got into DevOps work due to a company shift to "you build it, you run it". Became a key player operating production, development and CI/CD systems. Did 24h on-call incident response. Led and deployed releases. Led the migration of production observability from on-prem Grafana, InfluxDB, and Sensu to cloud Grafana and Prometheus. Participated in an initiative to rewrite the product in Java/Spring Boot and Angular (TypeScript). Participated in a joint UKG-Google initiative to migrate the product from private-cloud OpenStack to GCP.
